Rinke Noonan Law for Laymen
The Rinke-Noonan Law for the Layman series is an attempt to provide an explanation of the basic principles of American law. Law for the Layman is only a few months old, so please be patient. Here you will find a basic discussion of legal principles. Constitutional law, eminent domain, torts and litigation, education, employment law, contracts, administrative law, zoning, and more. All of the material is written by lawyers. We have tried to write in a way which is simple enough for you to understand, but we have tried also to address some fairly complicated material as well. In our Constitutional Law section, we quote cases extensively. Each area is growing; no area is done. In the near future, we will be adding material on the law of consumer protection; we plan significant additions to our education law and contract law sections.
