Sound Advice

We know that if you have come to Rinke Noonan to seek advice about a marital dissolution you probably have a lot of questions. Many of those are common questions which most of our clients ask. We suggest that you read this brochure the day of your first appointment, if possible, and then refer back to it from time to time. We believe that if you read this carefully, it will make this process more understandable and may also result in a substantial savings to you in legal fees. Of course, you should always feel free to ask your attorney or paralegal questions.

John Meuers, a native of Robbinsdale, graduated, magna cum laude, from Bemidji State University, Bemidji, MN, with a degree in Political Science. He received his law degree from the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Mr. Meuers is a member of the Family Law sections of the state and local bar associations. He has served on the Board of Directors of the Central Minnesota Sexual Assault Center and the State Executive Committee for the Minnesota Democratic Farmer Labor Party. Mr. Meuers currently serves on the Board of Trustees for the Great River Regional Library System overseeing 31 libraries throughout central Minnesota. Mr. Meuers is a frequent speaker on family law and landlord/tenant issues.

Pamela Steckman graduated from St. Cloud State University with a degree in Applied Psychology. She received her law degree from William Mitchell College of Law. She also is certified neutral.

Pamela is on the Board of Directors of the Central Minnesota Boys and Girls Clubs and currently serves as its chair of the Program Committee. She is also married and has two children.
