SHERBURNE COUNTY EXAMINER OF TITLES
FEE SCHEDULE
January 1, 2008

The Sherburne County District Court has established the following fee schedule for Sherburne County Examiner of Titles:

1. The hourly rate is $160.00 per hour.

2. The following fee schedule will apply for matters that regularly come before the Examiner, which are not contested, do not require a Court appearance by the Examiner, and, which in the opinion of the Examiner, do not present extraordinary or unusual problems:

a. Examiner’s Certifications and Directives
(minimum fee)                              - $160.00

b. Proceedings Subsequent After Mortgage
Foreclosure, Contract for Deed
Cancellation, or Other Lien Foreclosures
(Where They are Not Contested) - $650.00

3. Filing fees, copies and other out-of-pocket costs are in addition to these fees

4. For Applicants to Register Title and Petitioners in a Proceedings Subsequent, please send the Application or Petition to me for approval along with checks made payable to the Sherburne County District Court in the amount of $260.00 ($250.00 filing fee and $10.00 certified copy fee), and $46.00 payable to the Sherburne County Recorder/Registrar of Titles.
