Directions to Rinke Noonan

Rinke-Noonan is located on the third and fifth story of the US Bank Plaza Building, (the old Zapp Building) on the corner of 9th Avenue and St. Germain, near the Paramount Theater and the downtown fire hall. We have free parking in the lot at the west side of the building. You can reach us easily from US Highway Ten, Interstate 94, State Highway 15 and 23. Here's how to do it.

From US Highway Ten. ( from Little Falls or Elk River) Take Highway 10 into St. Cloud. You will exit on the highway 23 cloverleaf. From the North, you will turn right and head East. From the South, you will travel under the cloverleaf, exit to the right and loop around onto Highway 23, heading East of course. Now you are almost there. Drive straight through a couple lights; you will cross the Mississippi River. After you cross the river, drive past the Wells Fargo Center, a seven story office building, go about four more blocks and take the ramp off of Division and onto 9th Avenue. Go North one block. Our building is on the north west corner of St. Germain Street and 9th Avenue.

From I-94 coming from the southeast (from Minneapolis). Get off at Exit 171, County Road 75, and head North (to the right). Take County Road 75 until you reach its intersection with Clearwater Road. Turn right onto Clearwater Road, which then immediately curves north again, runs past the golf course. Clearwater Road becomes Ninth Avenue. Take Ninth avenue into the downtown area. You will drive under a viaduct (bridge), which is Division Street. Go a block and one-half beyond the viaduct. Our building is on the northwest corner of Ninth and St. Germain.

From I-94 Coming from the Northwest (from Fergus Falls and Alexandria) You can drive past several St. Cloud exits and get off at Exit 171, and then follow the directions above. Or, you can take the first exit after St. Johns University-Collegeville. After you past St. Johns University, keep in the left lane. Bear left at the St. Joseph exit. Now you are on Highway 23, which becomes Division Street. Drive through Waite Park, then the shopping mall area of St. Cloud, Crossroads, Division Place, and so on. Turn right at ninth avenue, which is sort of a cloverleaf. Turn right again, to take yourself under the viaduct bridge, North on 9th. Immediately after traveling under that bridge, Go a block and one-half beyond the viaduct. Our building is on the northwest corner of Ninth and St. Germain.

From the West on Highway 23. Cross Highway 10 into St. Cloud. Drive straight through a couple lights; you will cross the Mississippi River. As you cross the river, you can see the Wells Fargo Center, a seven story office building, just beyond the end of the bridge on the right. Drive past the Wells Fargo Center, a seven story office building, go about four more blocks and take the ramp off of Division and onto 9th Avenue. Go North one block. Our building is on the north west corner of St. Germain Street and 9th Avenue.

From the South on Highway 15. Travel north until you reach Division Street (near the Holiday Inn. Turn right onto Division Street. Drive a substantial distance through St. Cloud's strip shopping area. Turn right at ninth avenue, which is sort of a cloverleaf. Turn right again, to take yourself under the viaduct bridge, North on 9th. Immediately after traveling under that bridge, go a block and one-half beyond the viaduct. Our building is on the northwest corner of Ninth and St. Germain.
