Tim A. Sime Tim Sime joined Rinke Noonan in 2005 and practices in the areas of land use litigation, municipal and environmental law.

Tim graduated from the University of Minnesota with a degree in Political Science. He received his law degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, Cleveland, Ohio.

Prior to joining Rinke Noonan, Tim worked for the Arizona Attorney General's Office representing state agencies in land matters and the development of State Trust Land.
