Tim Sime is a shareholder in the firm and concentrates his practice in:
Tim has extensive experience in representing all levels of government and businesses in the development of property for residential, commercial and industrial purposes, and in litigation relating to land use, development and regulatory matters.
Prior to joining Rinke Noonan, Tim worked for the Arizona Attorney General's Office representing state agencies in land matters and the development of State Trust Land. Tim's work with the State of Arizona included such projects as a long-term ground lease for a new American Express corporate campus, work related to the siting of a new football stadium for the Arizona Cardinals, and agreements with the Cities of Phoenix and Scottsdale for the extension of infrastructure for large commercial and residential developments.
Tim currently represents a variety of local governments, including cities and counties, and also assists businesses in their governmental compliance and land use litigation needs, including special assessment projects.
Tim graduated from the University of Minnesota and received his law degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in Cleveland, Ohio. He joined Rinke Noonan in 2005.
