Tonya T. Hinkemeyer Tonya Hinkemeyer joined Rinke Noonan in 2002 and practices in the areas of criminal law, civil litigation, and personal injury.

A native of St. Cloud, Tonya graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from St. Cloud State University. She received her law degree from Hamline University School of Law.

Tonya is involved with the Central Minnesota Community Foundation- Emerging Leaders Forum.  In addition, Tonya is involved with the Stearns/Benton Bar Association where she
holds the position of Vice President. She is also serves as agency mentor for the Central MN Tri-County Action Program
(Tri-CAP) and is a member of the Central MN chaper of Inns of Court.
