Scott G. Hamak Scott Hamak has been practicing law with Rinke Noonan since 2000 and concentrates in the areas of business law, commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions and real estate development.

A native of Ipswich, South Dakota, Scott graduated, summa cum laude, from St. John’s University with a degree in Government. He received his law degree, cum laude, from the University of Minnesota.

Scott's community involvement includes the St. Cloud and Sartell Area Chambers of Commerce, the Sartell Economic Development Commission and the SCTC Foundation.
