James L. Wiant Jim Wiant has been practicing with Rinke Noonan since 1979 and concentrates in the areas of commercial transactions, lending and lien law.

A Colorado native, Jim graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree. He received his law degree from William Mitchell College of Law.

Jim is active on the boards of several community and charitable organizations and has served as an officer and/or director for the Downtown Council of St. Cloud, the Great River Rotary Club, the Minnesota Center Chorale, the St. Cloud Symphony Orchestra, Camphill Village Minnesota, and St. Cloud Area Legal Services.

Jim practices in a broad range of business areas, but with particular focus on commercial transactions and lending and lien law.
