John Meuers is a shareholder in the firm and concentrates his practice in:

- Representing Landlords in Housing Disputes with an Emphasis on Tax Credit, Section 8 and Public Housing
- Guardianships and Conservatorships for the Elderly and Disabled
John advises clients with regard to a wide range of additional issues, including:
- Prenuptial Agreements
- Marriage Dissolution
- Child Custody
- Parenting Time Disputes
- Child Support
- Alimony
- Marital/Non Marital Property Issues
- Division of Assets, Including Family Owned Businesses
John has practiced at Rinke Noonan since 1985. He is a member of the Family Law sections of the state and local bar associations. John has served on the Board of Directors of the Central Minnesota Sexual Assault Center, and the Board of Trustees for the Great River Regional Library System overseeing 32 libraries throughout central Minnesota. John currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Central Minnesota Libraries Exchange and the Central Minnesota Youth Soccer Association. He has been a youth soccer coach for more than ten years. He is a frequent speaker on family law and landlord/tenant issues.
A native of Robbinsdale, Minnesota, John graduated, magna cum laude, from Bemidji State University with a degree in Political Science. He received his law degree from the University of Minnesota.
