John J. Meuers
John Meuers has been practicing with Rinke Noonan since 1985 and concentrates in the areas of family law, guardianships and conservatorships, and representing landlords in housing disputes.

A native of Robbinsdale, John graduated, magna cum laude, from Bemidji State University with a degree in Political Science. He received his law degree from the University of Minnesota.
John is a member of the Family Law sections of the state and local bar associations. He is a Citizen's Representative to the Central Minnesota Library Exchange Board. John has served on the Board of Directors of the Central Minnesota Sexual Assault Center, the State Executive Committee for the Minnesota Democratic Farmer Labor Party and the Board of Trustees for the Great River Regional Library System overseeing 31 libraries throughout central Minnesota. He is also currently serving as a board member for the Central Minnesota Youth Soccer Association and has coached for CMYSA for the past 14 years. John is a frequent speaker on family law and landlord/tenant issues.
