Jill Adkins has been practicing with Rinke Noonan since 1991 in the areas of estate planning, wills and trusts, probate, medical assistance planning, guardianships, and adoption.

Practice Areas

Jill graduated with highest honors from South Dakota State University with a degree in Political Science. She received her law degree from the University of Minnesota Law School.

Jill has practiced law in the St. Cloud area since 1988. Her community involvement has included the Central Minnesota Estate Planning Council, the Central Minnesota Task Force on Battered Women, the St. Cloud Zoning Board of Appeals, Girl Scouts, the Forum of Executive Women, Atonement Lutheran Church, and the Adoptees Support Group.

Jill is a frequent speaker in the Central Minnesota area on a variety of estate planning topics.
