Gary R. Leistico Gary Leistico has been practicing with Rinke Noonan since 1994 and concentrates in the areas environmental land criminal law.

A native of Elk River, Minnesota, Gary graduated, summa cum laude, from St. Cloud State University with a degree in criminal justice studies. He received his law degree, magna cum laude, from William Mitchell College of Law.

Gary clerked for the United States Attorney's Office in Minneapolis and served as a paratrooper in the United States Army. Prior to attending law school, Gary worked for the Agricultural Stabilization and Conservation Service in Anoka.
