Mike Noonan is a founding shareholder and has been practicing law with Rinke Noonan since 1969. He concentrates in the areas of business, corporations, partnerships, mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, and commercial real estate law.

A native of Waterloo, Iowa, Mike received a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Notre Dame. He received his law degree from the University of Minnesota

Mike has been active in a number of community and charitable organizations, including the Great River Rotary Club, Catholic Charities, Cathedral High School Education Foundation, Downtown Council, Downtown Development Corporation, St. Cloud Area Economic Partnership and the Central Minnesota Community Foundation. He currently is on the Board of Directors and Exec. Committee of St. Cloud Opportunities, Inc., a non-profit development corporation. He is a legal consultant and advisor to several prominent corporations and businesses.
