Chad Miller joined Rinke Noonan in 2006 and practices in the areas of estate and medical assistance planning, probate, general business law, and employee stock ownership plan transactions.

A native of Fergus Falls, Minnesota, Chad graduated, summa cum laude, from Concordia College, Moorhead, Minnesota with a degree in History and Political Science . After graduating from Concordia College he was accepted into the Honors Program at Valparaiso University School of Law. Chad received his law degree from Valparaiso University School of Law, Valparaiso, IN . He is also a member of the Downtown St. Cloud Kiwanis Club.
