
Andrew J. Steil

Andrew Steil is an associate and concentrates his practice in all areas of lending, foreclosures, collections, liens, and commercial law.
He represents banks, creditors, suppliers, and other lenders in a variety of court cases and related problems including:
- Collections
- Foreclosure/Replevin
- Workouts
- Commercial Loan Documents
- Uniform Commercial Code (“UCC”) Litigation
- Bankruptcy
- Agricultural Supplier and Producer Liens
- Security & Credit Agreements
Prior to joining Rinke Noonan, Andrew worked as an attorney for a large collection law firm and as a tax consultant at Ernst & Young. He has been involved in thousands of collection cases and has significant experience in obtaining and collecting judgments. Andrew concentrates his practice representing lenders and other creditors in foreclosures, replevins, workouts, lender litigation, and bankruptcy.
Andrew is a member of the Commercial Law League of America, Bankruptcy Section of the Minnesota State Bar Association, Debtor/Creditor Committee of the Hennepin County Bar Association, Stearns/Benton Bar Association and the John E. Simonett Inns of Court. He is an associate member of the Independent Community Bankers Association. Andrew is also the Vice President for the Stearns/Benton Bar Association. He is active in community organizations including St. Cloud Rotary, United Way of Central Minnesota, High School Mock Trial, and as a member of the ROCORI Booster Club Board of Directors.
A native of Cold Spring, Andrew graduated, magna cum laude, from Minnesota State University, Mankato with a degree in Institutional Finance. He received his law degree from William Mitchell College of Law.
