Tonya Hinkemeyer is a shareholder in the firm and concentrates her practice in:

Tonya often works with clients to recover compensation for their medical bills and lost wages, pain and suffering, permanent injuries and lost earning capacity. She also works in all aspects of criminal proceedings, including both trial and appellate work.

Tonya is a Board member and past President of the Stearns Benton Bar Association, involved with the Central Minnesota Community Foundation-Emerging Leaders Forum, and serves as agency mentor for the Central MN Tri-County Action Program (Tri-CAP). She is a member of the John E. Simonett Chapter of the American Inns of Court and a member of Minnesota Women Lawyers, Central Minnesota Chapter.

A native of St. Cloud, Tonya graduated cum laude from St. Cloud State University with a Bachelor of Science degree. She received her law degree from Hamline University School of Law where she served as Editor in Chief for the Journal of Public law & Policy. Tonya was also the 2001 recipient of the Larry K. Bakken Excellence in Leadership Award. She joined Rinke Noonan in 2002.
