Benjamin Bohnsack is a shareholder in the firm. He devotes nearly 100% of his practice to litigation, focusing on business and consumer litigation, insurance coverage and claims, and contested real estate disputes. Ben regularly handles matters in the following areas:
- Insurance coverage and claims for first and third party policies
- Contract claims involving payment, performance and quality of work issues
- Shareholder and business ownership disputes
- Real estate boundary disputes, ownership questions, and title problems
Ben often speaks to industry-specific groups on the topic of insurance claims and coverage, helping business and individuals understand the claims process and obtain more favorable results. Ben is a member if the St. Cloud area Chamber of Commerce and the Cold Spring Area Chamber of Commerce. He is also a member of John E. Simonett Inns of Court, and the Great River Chorale.
Growing up in Cokato, Minnesota, Ben graduated cum laude, from Concordia College (Moorhead, Minnesota) with degrees in Political Science and Sociology. He received his law degree from William Mitchell College of Law. Prior to joining Rinke Noonan in 2004, he worked for a Minneapolis litigation firm practicing in the areas of products liability, premises liability, and property damage losses.
